Dr. Appt.
My OB appt went very well today. Dr Lee said the little guy is measuring quite large and he hopes, for my sake, that I deliver a little bit early haha! Always good to hear that the little mister is growing! Also, I've reached the 'appt-every-other-week' milestone. Quite the reality check-this little guy is right around the corner! Have been feeling really well though a bit more sleepy these days and a lot more hungry. I guess that's the way the third trimester goes.

Ouchie-my legs hurt!
I had a fantastic trip home to MN! Deann, Kelsey, Haley, Dolly Mama, and Ker-Bear all threw me such lovely baby showers. I am so fortunate to have such a supportive, loving family. Thanks to everyone who came and for your generosity!
Minnesota was easy to fall in love with again: the weather perfect, the water warm, campfire s'mores delicious. It was the first time I've actually felt excited about moving back north so that was a great revelation. Not to mention, again, seeing my family and friends was awesome and the little mister is so lucky to be so loved already.
It was really good to get back to Hotlanta though! I missed Jeff terribly and the poor pups were all out of sorts with me gone. Diego started acting out big time and well, Fidel, was "starved" for attention...12 days was a bit long for them (Jeff included!) and for me. No more trips until after the mister is here.
Have been feeling well overall. Had a weekend of contractions over the Fourth of July but nothing too intense. I guess the new ache that has developed is intense leg cramps :( Maybe it's sciatic pain but man, soooo painful-keeps me up at night. Argh. The little mister in my belly kicks like crazy still-pretty fun.

Pics from the Tower Shower at SuLu's Coffee Shop!
Grandma and her two sisters, Great-Aunties Doris and Edith, at McKinley Park watching The Annual Fourth of July Minnesota Minnows Swim Club, Beach-to-Buoy Swim.

The Fruit Carriage my mama made for the Duluth Shower-yum yum and the custom onesie for the little guy!
Grandma Mattson and I out for Sushi in Duluth!
