Jeff's squash season is really underway now. He worked about 12 hour days every day last week and I wondered why I was so tired yesterday...because my helper was gone! Fin and I missed Dad all week but fortunately Jeff gets a couple hours of solo Fin time in the morning before work while I catch up on a little bit of sleep. We're heading back to MN this week to continue the house hunt and Jeff will join us for the weekend...wish us luck!!!
Fin and Mom out for a walk.
Dad and Finny bath time. Fin still loves his little tummy tub. He enjoys splashing around and hanging out and usually chats while getting clean too.
Our beautiful baby boy.
Our neighbors, Mike and Elaine, gave us for a baby shower gift, tickets to any show we wanted to attend and a night of babysitting! We cashed it in last night and really had a nice night out. We went to dinner a local sushi restaurant and then saw 'Urban Bush Women', an all female dance troupe that melds urban dance styles with traditional African dance. It was AMAZING and our seats were fantastic. If anyone has a chance to see this group, please go, it was phenomenal! It really was good for Jeff and I to get out of the casa together and for us to have someone else put Fin down for bed (it was the first time I wasn't there to get him to bed). It was tough but considering Mike and Elaine are parents themselves, and Elaine a pediatrician, we knew he was in good hands!
